Play With Me, A Little Experiment In Feelings…

People often say, I cannot use affirmations because I do not believe them, and all be that as it may, words still have a massive affect upon how you feel, and how your subconscious communicates with your conscious, and how social engineering (making a society do as its leaders want it to do) works, by drip feeding words in strings of sentences to change the way you behave in the name of the greater good. We have teams of experts in communication, linguistics, applied psychology, cognitive behaviour, neuroscience, to be used in theory, practice, guidelines, television, news and movies.

My point, not to sound like a mad conspiracy theorist, but to point out that symbols and words are used in patterns of suggestion, subliminally and blatantly to get your attention, or not-as you know it, but to definitely change the way you think, feel, act, and behave. If you want to look into this further just look at the work Edward Bernays did (Read the book Propaganda) by using on mass manipulation techniques to engineer end results, his main paycheques coming from government officials (Conspiracy Fact). You can also look into the work of Ajzen in 1980, ‘The Theory of Planned Behaviour’ and the models of societal belief/moral alterations it expresses, this model is used by our health and education systems and is taught to Applied Psychology students.

So, my point being made, words and symbols make a massive suggestion upon your way of being. Whether you ‘LIKE’ lying to yourself or not with affirmations, it does not matter, you are being lead into feeling, thinking, and being everyday all day by others, with the use of words. Whether people understand the power of words or not, you are being swayed into emotional states ALL OF THE TIME, THROUGH THE SUGGESTED FEELINGS BROUGHT TO YOU BY WORDS.

You hang around with moaning minnies and negative ninnies and you feel down, down, down. You hang around big personalities who laugh all day, you feel on top of the world, unless of course those really happy people irritate you, even more the case, you should read this and understand exactly what words are capable of, because if you are that angry and annoyed, chances are your internal dialogue (thought patterns) is in very bad shape and understanding how words can lift you would help (and, yes I understand some people are completely irritating, and it is not just about you, but we tend to care less and are able to ignore irritations if we are happy in ourselves.

This is going to be a monologue of lengthy repetition, I ask of you that you continue until the end, or until you feel like all of your cells are giggling, if you will.  Many Thanks in advance, and a warning that you may be influenced and suggested to, feelings within you, physically and emotionally. You are responsible of making the choice to play along or not. If you continue to read, then you agree to being suggested to.

Just take a moment to sense your body…can you feel any tension anywhere…any tension at all, tense, tight…maybe in the back of your neck…the very top of your shoulders…the top of your chest…try and access for a moment… where it feels tight or tense in your body…where your shoulders feel heavier, a pushed down on feeling…and just focus on that feeling… that little bit of tension…a kind of ache or even a throb…maybe you feel a sharper pain…if you tune in for just one second to that tension…you will notice just how tight it is …and the correlation of feeling tense alongside tightness within you. maybe knotty …maybe your entire arms feel a little on edge …like they are sick of carrying things …heavy, heavy things, pulling on them, aching…and as you sigh … deeply..feeling this irritation all around you… like a burden seeping into your skin… you will notice your face is almost pulling back at your mouth..your head is moving back and with an expression of distaste….they way you look when you see something you do not like… like something in your mouth tastes bad…and as I say this you will notice that your mouth fills with saliva… because I said the word taste…and as you swallow you automatically feel a little better… because swallowing soothes us…most of the time, unless we are stressed, then it feels panicky.
If you are eating a meal when you feel highly stressed… maybe you remember a time when you rushed a meal because chaos…was on full…heavy, noisy, whirling… and everything was hectic… fast paced and beating… like you where worried… and the pressure was almost a feeling like a pulse beating on you…in your throat as it tightens a little…like a clock… ticking at you…to hurry up and you move your legs around restless because you cannot take this moment… it is almost too much… and your hatred for this moment makes you uneasy… and that face again of distaste…the pain across the top of your shoulders… the arch of your back… as you move your head from side to side to shake all of this off you. Like you could escape from your own skin to free yourself from all of this tension that you can feel knotting you up

Right now you may have wished you had not started reading this, and I apologise for using words to encourage that current crank you have in your neck, but I wanted to make the point that indeed YOU DO FEEL WORDS. And that your head is full of them, and mostly full of your own words, pulling yourself down, second guessing yourself, lacking trust, all of these internal thoughts, pulling you apart, bullying you, leaving you with that face, that one of distaste, as you wonder around, or mull through your day, your face has tension, from the words, the thoughts that you say.

And as you take a moment to forgive yourself for that, and a moment to forgive me for that crank which now feel easing off and fading away, as you concentrate on a feeling of relief, that I have changed my tone and you have changed your vibration, to something much lighter and kinder and now I ask you to feel within you for the part that is feeling more relaxed than the rest, and if you could visualise that relaxed part of you for a moment, and enjoy that moment, and maybe see if there is a colour which is associated with that little feeling of relaxation, and if there is, could you see that colour sweeping throughout you, especially over your neck, the top of your shoulders and down your back, if you could feel everything loosen up as that colour washes through you, like a well of beautiful flowing water, perhaps imagine smelling a flower which always makes you feel fresh, and natural, and that everything can just fall away like a flower being dropped, that all of those feelings we held, we now let go of, we now watch fall away and we feel relieved, we feel grateful, we think for a moment about the greatness of our body, the good things it gives us and we are quietly enjoying the sensation we get from remembering just how good this body of ours can feel, when rested in bed, when relaxing in the bath, when walking through places of almost divine beauty. When we feel grateful for this feeling, and we thank every cell in our bodies for allowing us such a feeling, and then to top of this feeling of thankfulness, freshness, relaxed way of being, our every muscle immediately drops and just feels almost as if it has begun to float, and even as if our entire body feels so light it is floating. With this new feeling of floaty relief and in our well of wonderful gratitude, we may take this a little further and go back to those grateful little cells of ours and repeat…

Think before you think, what you say to yourself matters ❤

If there is any lingering feelings of disharmony, because negativity has quite the punch to it, keep repeating on and off throughout the day.

I wish to have sown a seed within you, that your thoughts have an effect on your feelings, your feelings have an effect on your actions, your actions and feelings have an effect on how your body feels. Be kind to yourself and you will amaze yourself at what you can become, our thoughts can limit us or free us.
